Helpful in Finding a Right Products

Lauren knows her products. When I asked certain items thst I needed, she searched them from me and gave me the total of the items before ordering them. I also attended one of her free crafts day and it was fun. She gave some ideas on what I can decorate on my stampin' up kit and where can I get some supplies. She is indeed a good ambassador of Stampin' Up!

Great customer service

Lauren goes out of her way to help her customers. I had a terrible issue with UPS and she called Stampin' Up to get it resolved & they even sent out a new package to me. She even meets me half way so I can pick up the little card kits she makes for our card classes & now she said I can send my orders to her place instead of dealing with the courier company that has useless drivers. She is truly amazing!!

She is amazing at crafting and her amazing ideas to crafts. The cards and other items I make with Lauren are amazing and exciting experience. I love their paper pumpkin kits!
