This demonstrator has her finger on the pulse of each crafter she meets and deals with. She's kind, witty, way down to earth. She really makes our crafting lives easier. We are lucky to know her and we love her. Always grateful for her varied expertise !

What can I say about Ro - she is so giving of her time, helping you to find the answer to something. No matter how simple. Calms you down, when you are ready to give up on a project. Having been a customer when Ro was with CTMH, I can attest to the fact that this demonstrater is the most hard working and fun person you will ever meet. She is energetic and answers all questions with a smile. If she says “I’ll get back to you” she does so fast your head will spin! She has great ideas.
