Fall 2026 Sleepover
WOOHOO...who doesn't need a relaxing, crafty getaway? Time for the 2026 Fall Sleepover will be here soon and I'm so excited!!! Hope you'll be able to join us for a great time at the Vineyard in Ariton, Alabama, Sept 16th - 19th (or any portion therein)! You can stay any combination of Wednesday, Thursday and/or Friday nights...plenty of time for relaxing crafting fun!
Base Sleepover Fee (check out Early Bird offer below): Single room... one night ~ $100 includes private room, work area, lunch and dinner (b'fast is on your own), table gift and Sleepover Project. Add $75 for each additional night. Double room (2 people in room), first night $150, $100 each additional night.
At the Vineyard, each sleeping room is thermostat controlled by you, has bunk bed w/double or queen bottom and single top w/vanity sink area w/towels. Every two rooms share shower/toilet area. Almost only need to bring toothbrush and PJs...along with your crafting items and spill/sweat proof cup! Just a note...there's no wifi...we'll be in the country!
On time payment of base fee and all optional class fees are due Aug 26th. No refunds, but if you find yourself unable to attend, I'll try and help you find someone to fill your spot. Late sign up permitted as space is available, with $10 late fee. Day of arrival check-in time is 1 pm or later and we'll depart by 3 pm Saturday.
You can bring your own projects to work on AND leave your work area set up the entire time. Accepted payment forms are cash, check and Paypal via "family/friends" option only.
Friday for lunch, we'll venture over into Enterprise and take a stroll through town. Each person will pay for their own meal. You're also welcome to stay @ the Vineyard and provide your own meal, if you like. Everyone is asked to bring a snack to share for the Sleepover and Friday evening will be BINGO fun...if you'd like to play, please bring a prize (minimum value $5, please) to add to the pot!
Early Bird Registration...SAVE $20 per room (if staying two nights or more) when base fee is paid by Aug 15th. Also...EVERY Early Bird will receive FREE Stampin' Up! NEW product introduced in the the most recent catalog or a NEW Online Exclusive item at the Sleepover. EXTRA BONUS...if you attended the Summer 2026 Sleepover, save $5 as a repeat "camper"!
Fall 2026 Sleepover classes are posted below. There are two guest instructors offering classes...classes w/no one mentioned will be offered by Angie. Scissors, adhesive and bone folder will be needed for all stamping/paper craft classes... check out class details for anything extra you may need to provide. Class times will be scheduled after on time registration closes (Aug 26th) and will be based on arrival times of those attending. You should be able to do each class you request. Second price listed is for additional kits.
Meandering Book $7/$5 "meandering" means to move or follow a course that is winding...you just sort of wander along. We'll create a mini flip album filled with secret pockets and flip tabs with really no other purpose but to enjoy the sense of creating a one of a kind piece and enjoy meandering through it time and time again.
Recipe Card Box $18/$10 home cooking and sharing family favorite recipes can NOT become a thing of the past! Decorate a 6 x 6 x 4 kraft card box using Gingham Gallery DSP (your choice of color as class fee includes half a pack as well as 10 dividers). Add $3 for 100 blank 4 x 6 index cards or $7 for 100 kraft colored vintage recipe cards....or you can use your own cards! Extra kits include box, 10 dividers, mat layers (to be placed between DSP and box) and I'll cut another sheet of your choice color from your DSP. Would make the perfect addition to your kitchen and/or gift for someone just starting out! May want to use MultiPurpose Glue for this project.
Color, Cut & Create w/Stacey $12/$9 love to color and fussy cut...then this is the perfect class for you! Join me to create three adorable handmade cards featuring the Caring Animals stamp set from the current Stampin' Up! catalog. Fussy cutting isn't your favorite? No problem, join us anyway as these cuties are the best and don't require detail cutting! Colored pencils will be provided for use or bring your own favorite coloring medium...markers, blends, etc. Completed projects will feature Designer Series Paper and cardstock from the Brights Collection PLUS each card includes a coordinating white envelope.Whether you enjoy relaxing while coloring or simply love cute animal images, this class is sure to be a fun creative escape!
Upcycled Home Decor w/Dena $15 create your own customized glass candle holder, vase, or storage jar by upcycling! Choose your theme: fall, winter/Christmas, or everyday. Class fee includes creating one larger and one smaller glass item. All glass is provided, along with an assortment of decorative items...faux leaves, twine, ribbon, acrylic paint, rhinestones, and beads. Plain white tea light candles will be available for those creating candle holders. Add $4 if you'd like to finish your project with fairy lights. Bring adhesive (hot glue gun, multipurpose glue, and glue dots will be the most helpful), scissors/paper trimmer and perhaps tweezers/pick to hold small decorations as you create. Also, if you have favorite ribbon, lace, buttons, or other embellishments, alcohol markers, etc to decorate your glass bring those along, too!
Autumn Banner $10/$8 create a seasonal swag type banner with any six letter word....mine will say "AUTUMN" or maybe even "FALL" with the two extra banner pieces decorated with leaves! After all, it's my favorite time of the year!
3 x 3 Wild Bunch Cards $8/$6 this adorable stamp set lasted LESS than a month @ Stampin' Up! Create five 3 x 3 fun cards perfect for slipping into a pocket or lunch just to let someone know you thought of them! Also...3 x 3s can also easily be added to a regular size card as the focal point!
There is a separate Sleepover Facebook group you'll be added after base fee is paid. You can make payments, if you like, starting at any time. WOOHOO...I'm so excited and hope you'll join us in September @ the Vineyard!
