Witchy Whimsy Hat Class
Calling all local crafters, Halloween lovers & girls who just want a fun outing together! 
I (Jill Blanchett) am hosting a Witchy Whimsy Hat class in Vicksburg this September, and this isn't your ordinary witch's hat... you can actually WEAR it!
We'll be creating this fun Halloween hat using Stampin' Up!'s Witchy Whimsy Hat Kit. It's perfect for wearing, decorating your home, or just having some crafty fun with friends.
