Create 5 fun and colorful birthday cards using the Balloon Festoon Bundle.  Participants will receive 1 package of Painted Patterns Designer Series Paper, and all materials needed to complete each card.  Participants should bring their favorite adhesives, scissors and paper trimmer.  If they do not own these, there will be extras on hand to use during the class.  

Class fee is $25.
