Join us for creative fun on Saturday, September 19, from 1:30-3:30 pm at the Community Room of the Lockhart Housing Authority, 809 Redwood St.

During this Kit Together class, you'll make cards from the Gilded Gallery Kit from Stampin' Up! This just released kit creates designs that feel truly frame-worthy, with watercolor-style florals and gilded paper frames and makes it easy to make polished cards for birthdays, thanks, and more.

Together, we'll make a sampling of the 10 cards, and you'll have the rest to take home and create on your own. A variety of the new shimmer brushes, as well as Wink of Stella, will be available for you to play with and add sparkle to your cards.

New to card making??? No worries! These kits can be made at your own pace. Your hosts Carmen Patterson and Susan Rutherford will be there to help where needed and to cheer you on!

Registration is $25 and includes a full kit, additional materials and in person instruction. And did we say door prizes???

In addition to our Kit Together time, you'll get information about upcoming events and enjoy a display of samples from the latest Stampin' Up! product releases, full of pure inspiration and ideas just for you. We'll have extra copies of the new fall catalog available during the class.

What to bring? All you need is your favorite adhesive and some basic tools, like scissors. Nearly everything is provided with the class, and a mobile adhesive store will be available on site should you need to purchase something.
