 \n\nThis venue in local to my home (2 mins other side of Narre Cranbourne 
 Rd) with its own parking at the Community Centre\n\nNumbers are limited to
  about 24-26 which is about the usual size our group.\n\nOnce your booking
  is confirmed with your registration fee there will be no refunds (after J
 une 4th) unless your place can be filled by someone else. Please let me kn
 ow ASAP if you need to cancel as there is a waitlist.\nRSVP here using the
