 alent value will be substituted. In the event of a lockdown\, if the lockd
 own is announced prior to the registration date (when materials are orde
 red)\, event fees will be refunded. If a lockdown is announced between the
  registration date and the class (after materials are ordered)\, the clas
 s will be moved to an online format. Please note that the same cut-offs ap
