At my Mega Classes we make around 10 to 12 cards with full instructions, it can be ordered by mail, or in person.  You usually recieve a stamp set and possibly punch, or other goodies in the price of the day, Lunch & snacks included too.  More details to come or check out my blog nearer to the date
