Wendy’s Crafty Retreat 2025
24 to 26 October, 2025
Friday & Saturday 10am – 10pm, Sunday 10am – 5pm
Cartwright Auditorium, Inverell RSM Club, Evans St
Cost: $295 Accommodation and meals NOT included
Minimum $75 deposit to hold your place (non-refundable).
Final payments due by 30th September, NO REFUNDS after this date
What’s included:
- Goody Bag (includes Stamp & Die bundle, Designer Series Paper, Cardstock and Embellishments to create your projects)
- 4 Make’n’Take Project Tutorials
- Games and Prizes
- Raffle (Cancer Council Fundraiser – a percentage of the money raised will be donated to Cancer Council)
- Craft to your hearts content. Don’t forget to bring your own projects. All crafts welcome.
Optional Classes:
More details will be announced regarding bookings, costs and any other specifics of classes closer to the date of the retreat.
Saturday morning – 10am – 1pm – Fun Folds Card Class with Wendy. Cost $TBA.
We will be creating some fun fold cards using your featured retreat bundle. Please bring along your basic kit and adhesives.
Saturday afternoon – 2 - 5pm – Colouring Class with Jane Clark. Cost – $TBA
Jane has been a judge at the Royal Easter Show and the Technical Editor of Cardmaking, Stamping and Papercraft Magazine. She is also a qualified Copics instructor.
Sunday morning – 11am – 1pm - Celebrate Banner Class with Wendy. Cost – $TBA.
We will be creating a decorated banner suitable for any celebration.
General Information:
Our event will be held upstairs at the venue. You will be required to sign in as a temporary member, so remember to bring your ID. Guests of the adjoining RSM Motel will be offered automatic temporary membership being able to charge expenses back to your room at Members prices. We will have access to a lift to reach the auditorium, which will be handy to bring up your crafting supplies and will provide mobility access. There is a ramp to enter the building as well as a car park located behind the venue.
Meals and accommodation are not supplied with this event. However, there is a large selection of food options available on site, including a restaurant, bistro, pizzeria, gelato bar and coffee shop. Premises are licenced and they do offer Cocktail towers and all the normal options at the downstairs bar. There is an online ordering option and the buzzers for meal collection do work upstairs to allow for minimal interruptions to crafting time. Water will be provided upstairs.
Stampin’ Up! Orders can be placed with me at the event or prior to the event in time to be delivered for you to use on the weekend. Stampin’ Up! products will be available to order from my online store. Order prior to camp to be sent to my address ready for delivery on the weekend, or after camp with delivery direct to your door. Also available over the weekend will be some Stampin’ Up! Kits and adhesives. Bring your cash along for participating in the games and raffle tickets.
Square invoices will be emailed to all attendees and provide direct deposit information (preferred payment method) and card payment options. Please contact me with any questions. All payments must be finalised by 5pm on 30th September.
Information on accommodation options will also be available on request and can be emailed to you upon booking.
