Join us for our annual Christmas party to take an opportunity to gather with friends as we prepare our hearts for Christmas.  

2025 Christmas Party ~ Sunday, December 7, 2025

This is a free event, but please RSVP so I will have enough food and drink for everyone! Merry Christmas

• When: Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 4 ish p.m. Card Swap & Gift Exchange will take place at 3:00 p.m.
• Where: Renae’ Stampin’ Studio at 8244 Glen Echo Drive St. Louis, MO 63121
• What: Christmas Party-I will provide homemade soup, bread, beverages, and cocktails.
• Things to Bring: Appetizer, Salad, or Dessert to share with the group.
• Why: To celebrate and give thanks for the Love of Christ and the gift of friends!
• More Fun: Participate in the Card Swap and/or the Fun and Crazy Gift Exchange!

Fun and Crazy Crafters Gift Exchange

• Bring a gently used crafting item/or items from your crafting supplies that you no longer use, but would like to re-gift.
• Be sure to wrap your items as we will play a game to see who gets what gift.
• No advance notice needed. It you bring a gift you will get a gift.

What is a card swap? A card swap is an easy way to create one card design or several designs and trade with fellow stampers to receive a variety of different cards. It is where a group of stampers come together to trade cards with each other. Each stamper makes a set number of cards ( this number is determined by the number of people who sign up to participate.) of one or more designs then trades their cards with other registered participants to receive a wide variety of cards in return.

What are the rules? Participants will need to sign up in advance to participate. Deadline to sign up is October 31, 2025. The number of participants will determine the number of card you will need to create. Please use Stampin’ Up! stamps, inks, and cardstock when creating your cards to share. Please provide an envelope for each card you create. There is not a specific theme, so feel free to be creative.

When can I register? Registration is now open. Be sure to sign up before October 31st if you want to participate in the swap. All participating crafters will be emailed the number of cards to create on November 1, 2025. Our card swap will take place at the Christmas party gathering on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Party starts at 2 p.m. with card swap and gift exchange at 3 p.m.
