Stamping Siren's Spring Retreat 

Come join me for a fun filled weekend of Stamping Fun May 17-19th! We are a fun filled group of happy stampers who enjoy to spend a weekend away creating awesome stuff, eating great food, and laughing our heads off! You are invited to join us too. I have 36 spots available and you won't want to miss this one, this is the only one I can do this spring. 

Here are some things you can expect:

Since this is a first registered & paid, first served event, I don't anticipate the spots being left long. Please call me to arrange your payment as soon as you can.  I can take credit card and e transfer. (thestampingsiren@gmail.com)            

This price includes breakfast if you are staying at the hotel, lunch on saturday and sunday (dinner on sat is on your own),  lodging in a nice hotel with Pool, Wifi, and a second cup and starbucks right next door!

This is a perfect venue for us, the staff is friendly and the rooms have the best beds ever!  If you would like single, double or triple occupancy, the cost goes up a little, but it's your choice;) I have supplemented the new prices a little bit, the hotel has always given us an incredible rate but they have gone up.

4per room=$260.00

3 per room=$290.00 

2 per room=$315.00

1 per room=$420

I'd like to register and not have the hotel room option=$175.00 (there are only 8 spots available in this category)

What Can You Expect?

1. Goody Bag! Goody Bag! Valued at $75 ($60 plus tax and shipping) this goody bag is going to include your wicked awesome make n take also.  Ask a past participant, this goody bag is da BOMB and always includes only the very best and latest goodies from Stampin' Up!~ no junk, discontinued products, stuff from other companies, or random other products, I promise:) Make n Take this time is a 6" x 8" mini album which features the album and photo pocket pages on page 135 of the annual catalog, and the Sweet Thoughts Memories & More Card Pack on page 44 of the Mini Catalog!

2. Sat and Sun Breakfast continental style breakfast provided by the hotel, Sat dinner is at your own expense, but I will be providing sandwiches and chips on sat for lunch and homeade chicken noodle soup with costco buns for lunch on sunday.  Oh and don't forget the snack table~ it's the coolest thing ever ~ Potluck style, we all bring our favorite snack and share.  This table is ongoing all weekend, so whenever you need a pick me up just pop over and refuel.

3. and it bears repeating, so Did I mention the Snack Table? Yep, a table full of the best snacks ever, and it doesn't only include chocolate, there is plenty of salt there too... everyone brings a snack item that they love to share~ so be prepared to find a new addiction on this table~ just sayin'

4. A) Tools circle cutter, crimper, crop a dile, snips, sanding blocks, tool kit with paper peircing tool, hobby blades, etc

B) Stamping Station~ I'll have all the new framelits and new  Catalog stuff for you to play with, including a few of the new stamp sets

C) Ink Pad Station~ all 40 ink pads, 10 in colors for you to use

D) Punch Station~ every punch in the Stampin' Up catalog

E) Color Station~ aquapainters, spritzer, brushes, blender pens, etc

F) ******** Station~2 Big Shots for your use, two of the three are brand new~ and most of the dies in the catalog means you get to try them all! Please bring your cutting plates to use.

5. At least $250 in door prizes~ especially anything that is new

6. Optional Card or page contest (depending on the time we may skip this)

7. 12x12 Page Contest~ look for more details to come (again, if we run out of time we will skp)

8. 4 feet Bright Croppin' Space~ we will be sharing rectangular tables this time, 2 to a table but it's nice and bright,  no OTT light needed, but if you have one bring it along

9. Warm, Clean sleeping space~ you choose between 1, 2, 3, or 4 people to a room!

10. 11'x17' Grid paper for your work space

11. Optional Classes~ I'll keep you posted, there won't be a lot this crop, but so far:

~ scrapbook page class 2 2pg spread

~All Occasion Stamp a Stack 18 cards!

~BINGO game Saturday Night *optional, more details to come

12. Cute Make n Take from me to you~ this time we will use the free sale a bration DSP called light & airy!

13. Retired Sale table~ I haul all my retired stamp sets, ink pads, scrapbooking kits and accessories for you to purchase at the crop and I will be doing the Buy one Get one half price! Any orders you make during the crop will get you equal dollars that you can spend on retired stamp sets!~ for example, spend $100 out of the Spring or Holiday Catalog and you'll get $100 towards any retired stamp sets! Awesome deal for my Crop Girls

14. Bingo~ we always contribute to a bingo sheet, and the winner gets the value in FREE stampin up products~ and you get to pick the stuff. We typically do one fri, two sat and two sun.

15. Great Referral Program~ when you bring a new to me customer and/or hostess, I will reward you with free stampin goodies:)

Remember, I've only got 38 spots available girlies, so please  register below to book your spot! I have eliminated the paypal option as it is quite pricey, so please call me with your credit card information to hold your spot asap, or we can do an email money transfer once you register, to thestampingsiren@gmail.com. I'll have a waiting list for this crop once we are full, and I do require full payment to hold your spot.

My Cancellation policy is this: You will receive full payment minus $75 if you cancel up to 14 days before.  I keep this $75 becuase I need to advance purchase your goody bag supplies and as such, you will recieve the goody bag and all instructions to make the cool projects offerred at the crop.  

  I am offering the option to crop without the room rental this time, but since I get a discount on the room we crop in based on renting out 12 rooms, we are limited with space.  So I'm trying it out, there always seems to be someone asking.  If you are interested in this, you'll need to confirm your registration with payment as soon as possible, since there are only 8 spots.  I can accommodate credit card payment (just give me a call) or we can do an email money transfer once you register, to thestampingsiren@gmail.com.
