Kay Cogbill is my upline with Stampin'Up!  She holds a team meeting/gathering for everyone each month.  We learn about the new products coming out, how to work our business and prizes are given out to those people who earn them by working their business. Prizes for sales, there are team swaps, and challenges each month.
