Anyone can attend.  We do 3 projects for a minimum order of $30.  Newcomers get their first Stamp Club free.  All Stamp Clubs within the same month do the same projects.  Optional - you can join the hostess rotation which just means you bring the snack and get the free hostess benefits in the catalog chart on your month.
