  the Friendship Royalty* stamp set and all the consumable products needed
  to create 3 12x12 scrapbook layouts (3 designs\, 1 of each design)!\n\nRe
 gistration for the class ends on May 1st to allow for ordering\, and pre
 -paid registration is required to hold your spot.   Want the kit but can
 't attend on the 12th?  Let us know\, and we can arrange to ship your kit
  to you after the 12th!  Please note that for shipped kits\, adhesive and
  ink is not included.\n\nSpace is limited\, pre-registration is required.

  second level of the building\, and unfortunately\, it is not fully access
 ible. Unable to make the class? This class will also be available in a to-
 go format!\n\n*Although stamp sets are rarely back-ordered\, in the event 
 that the specified stamp set is unavailable on May 1st\, another stamp se
 t of equivalent value will be substituted. In the event of a lockdown\, if
  the lockdown is announced prior to May 12th (when materials are ordered
 )\, event fees will be refunded. If a lockdown is announced between May 1
 st and May 12th (after materials are ordered)\, the class will be move
 d to an online format. Please note that the same cut-offs apply for cancel
 lations of any kind as this class is product-based.\n\nPlease note that a
